We recommend coming to visit us before you register to get a feel for the nursery and to meet the staff. Please telephone to make an appointment.
There is a non-refundable fee of £100 to register your child. Days and times can be requested but are not guaranteed until your full deposit has been paid.
You will be contacted well before your start date to confirm details and to arrange a free settling in session. You will then be sent an invoice for the deposit which is your weekly fee x4. Once the deposit has been paid the terms of notice will apply so if your child does not start the deposit will become non refundable. The deposit is kept in a holding account. It will be refunded after your child’s last day at nursery if all payments are up to date and the correct notice has been given.

The children will be taken to Bright Horizons Nursery in Duntshill Rd. We have a reciprocal arrangement with them. You will be informed and kept up to date about how to collect your child.
